Carson Cole

Lead Pastor Carson and Morgan Cole I am 58 years old and married to Morgan Cole. I have been the lead pastor at the Westlock Baptist Church in Westlock Alberta as an intern pastor (while I was attending Prairie Collage) from 2016 to 2019 and a full time pastor from 2019 to 2024. I love Jesus. He is my everything. He is my Lord and Saviour and my only reason to live. The Holy Spirit directs my life moment by moment to glorify the Father as I die to myself and follow Him. I have been a full time musician for over 30 years. I have worked on the rigs, as a farmer, as vice president of an international investment and development company, co-founder of The Edmonton Rock ‘n’ Roll Society and Centre for Arts and Music, a funeral director and once a popcorn salesman at a circus. I am terrible at administration. I need help and guidance with conflict management and I tend to speak before I pray. I rely on mentors and a close walk with Jesus to overcome these weaknesses. I have extensive skills with audio video/production and music performance and composition. I have only been a pastor since 2016 and only a full-time pastor since 2019. I have attended the pastoral program at Prairie College, and graduated with honors. I love Jesus, I love my wife, and I love our baby coming in August. Together, we are committed to listening to Jesus and doing what He says as best we can every moment of every day. By His grace we feel called to full-time ministry in whatever capacity He requires.
