Our mission is to glorify God by knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior and by making Him known, reaching out to the lost, the addicted, the oppressed, and the outcasts.

We gather every Sunday at Bunkers House of Rock for a two-hour service of passionate worship, prayer, sharing, and biblical instruction. This is an outreach service in a bar inviting people to surrender to Christ. (must be 18 or over)

Westlock Victory On The Rock Sundays @ 10am with Pastor BOB WARRINGTON. (all age)

Sunday Evenings with Edmonton Victory On The Rock @ 6:30 pm with Pastor CARSON COLE (all age)

Starting April 30 2025 Victory on the Rock Coffee House and burgers Wed. Nights at the Six Pak Saloon...This is testimonies, music events and fellowship with home made burgers. (all age)

We also host intimate Bible studies in local homes and offer one-on-one counseling, blending modern ministry with timeless values to nurture transformative hope in our community.

Lead Pastor Carson and Morgan Cole  Pastor Carson and Morgan love Jesus and are committed to following Him every moment of every day. Pastor Carson speaks powerfully straight from the heart in a way that relates to the hurting people who are the vast majority around us. "It is my job to seek Jesus through humble prayer, Scripture, and His ever present voice then report back." "My life is still the best sermon I have and through constant repentance, study and time with my Lord I pray that all may know Him as Lord and Saviour as I do." Both Morgan and Carson have experienced life in the pit and are excited to show others how Jesus is the only way, the only truth and the only life. Life without Jesus is not life at all. "Everyone has gifts give to us by the Holy Spirit and this church is committed to equipping people to serve."
